yoga teachers

CAROLINE BACH began taking yoga at age 7 with her stepmother, an Iyengar teacher. Although yoga had been part of her life for over 25 years, her practice really began to grow when she found Vinyasa yoga and Buddhist meditation in 2004. The power of these two practices in her life have been revolutionary. She has been a dedicated student since and has sat intensive silent meditation retreats.

After six years of steady vinyasa and vippasana practice, she trained with Melanie Chevarie and Melissa McKay at Kusala Yoga. She is honored to be part of a lineage that respects and upholds these truly magnificent practices as well as the traditions of all other lineages of wholesome practices.
